Crawlomatic update inside Mega bundle

Hi - I saw the YouTube updates for Crawlomatic (March 2022).  When I check the date on the Mega Bundle which I purchased, the date is still January 2022. How do I download only the individually updated plugins? Also, is there a way that I can be notified of the individual plugin updates in the future, please? Thanks
