Copy/Export RSS to Post rules from one website to other

Hi, Everything is working like a charm. I would like to copy/export RSS to Post rules from one website to another as I have around 200 RSS to Post rules. I bought this plugin [CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper Plugin for WordPress] but don't know how to make it work for the purpose I need. Can you give me a hand or an idea on how to do this? Thanks.
