Clean Re-install ?

Hi, how do I do a complete clean re-install of the newsomatic plugin? I tried deactivating, deleting, and the reinstall of the plugin, but the plugin and rule settings stays the same as before the reinstallation? The reason I'm asking is that on the newsomatic plugin settings page, under plugin options, I chose at first to leave the "Draft Posts First, And Publish Them Afterwards:" unchecked, to let it publish right away, but  then I changed my mind and want the feeds to go directly to the draft setting instead. For some reason, it's not functioning right.
