Checkout timed out on migration (WPbay)

Hi. I made a coupon on WPbay using the instructions. It was accepted on checkout. However when 'paying' the site timed out and showed a Cloudflare time out error. When i reset the page and tried to use the coupon, it said it was invalid and already been used. However the purchase is not in my downloaded or purchases? Please help
