Chatbot model bug

I asked you in the comments on Codecanyon how to allow end users to select a model. You mentioned that I should set the chatbot model to "default". I did this but the chatbot does not appear on the page (and it seems to have caused some other issue that is preventing any new chatbot from displaying through a shortcode regardless of which model is used).
