Chat Bot for none logged in users?

Thank you for an amazing plugin. I have a problem where I cannot get the global chat bot to work for none logged in users. As we have an e-commerce store, we want visiting customers to be able to use it; however, it always says you have to be logged in to use the bot. I cannot find any setting for this anywhere.
