Careeromatic isn’t working as I thought

I have bought the careeromatic plugin, installed and configured it according to the video tutorial that came with it. Unfortunately, it isn't working well. I wanted a plugin that would connect to multiple job sites but it only asks for careerjet ID. Besides, it imports and help me publish the posts but they're mostly only two lines of text. There is no link to apply to the jobs and the information is so minimal that it doesn't help the job seeker. That said, I'd love to get a refund and try another plugin. Please, show me how to go about it.   -Thanks.
