Can you add blogs privately to MY SOURCE LIST ONLY without ECHO plugin?

Hi, I have a list of 5 sites to add to blog source list, can you or I add the blogs to MY SOURCE LIST ONLY?  I would like to keep my source list private from other users.  I dont want to buy more plugins, like echo.  Is there a free way? TY
