Bug when publishing posts

Hello, me again :) I am not using the Posts to YouTube feature, however the warning/progress bar was still appearing. I disabled the warning/progress bar in the settings but when I go to publish any post, I have to click the Publish button twice. I've attached a screen recording. Logs from today:
