Automatically remove ” ” from title

Our Feed: https://www.liebenzell.org/?feed=lm_extern_mission_weltweit We have from time to time a " " in the title of news from our own website. We try to avoid it but it happens because many people with different computers (PC/MAC) work together here and write news. But the " " in the title of the news always cause problems. Good to see here: https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.liebenzell.org%2F%3Ffeed%3Dlm_extern_mission_weltweit#l51 or in the attached screenshot. Is there a way to automatically replace the " " with something else (ideally a normal gap)? If so, how does that work? With kind regards, Sascha Reinhardt
