article length issue & formatting

Hi, just purchased today.  I really liked the results I was able to get from the "single AI post creator", but am struggling a bit with the Bulk (which is the reason i bought this). I've tried increasing the <b>AI Content Minimum Character Count: </b>(for example to 20000), but the results still seem to be capping out around 600 or so words.  It's able to do more right?  Not sure what other settings to adjust to try to get longer articles to generate. Also, I've noticed that the formatting frequently has a lot of unnecessary spaces (example attached).  Can this be avoided?  I wasn't having this issue with the Single post creator. Thanks.
