Applying SEO and META description in bulk to my products

I am trying to apply seo and Meta to all my products in Woocommerce. Not sure but when setting up AI content editor I have both SEO Tile and Meta Enabled, I see %%post_title%% and think it should be something about my product? All I'm wanting to do is have the SEO Title and Meta Description auto created for all my products, I have over 26K products and want it done in bulk.
