API Credential not working

Hi I have purchased your 3rd product. :) I have filled the correct <b>Amazon Associate ID, Amazon Access Key ID, Amazon Secret Access Key, Amazon Target Country </b> After "run this rule now" get RED cross mark. I have tried with Divi & Divi extra both but did not work at all. Please help. Thank you. Best Regards Rit
