AI Product Writer not working for Shop Manager Role

On a (edit) post page, below the post content, there is an Aiomatic box for autocompleting Tags, Meta Description etc... When the Shop Manager (role) is trying to generate Tags, it keeps failing. Is there a role restriction of any kind?
