AI for Parent/Child Posts (List Items)

Hello .. love your plugins. On the site I'm building, I'm creating Top 10 (XX) lists. I'm using Bimber theme which creates a Parent Post for the List image/description, and creates Child posts for each list item. Using AIomatic, what is the best way to: 1. Create AI rule to create a NEW Top XX List (parent post) with 5-10 list items (child posts)? 2. Create AI rule to Add a new list item (child post) to a Pre-existing List .. without duplicating any previous list items? Is it better to use Omniblocks rule or Standard rule?   How to do this? PS: Keyword example: "Top Vacation Spots in the USA"
