AI Content editor (manual) – stripping html tags. Aiomatic Playground – NOT

Hi, I have a problem with AI Contentent editor functionality - I'm rewriting the post content in such way that I want GPT to insert <h2> headings. I'm using gpt-3.5.turbo and a proper prompt indicating to preserve  html tags.  All html tags however get removed, including [caption id="attachment_6552" align="alignnone" width="1200"], script tags, images and so on. My prompt is in Polish. I checked the same prompt with Aiomatic Playground (Text editing) and the output is OK. What is the reason for this difference? Is there additional stripping included in AI Contentent editor? At the moment the AI Content editor is useless :(
