AI Assistants Select Avatar

Hi, I have tried to change and later to add in Edit Assistant window a new Avatar through the Select Avatar menu, but nothing happened. I could erase the existing but can not open any window pushing the Select Avatar menu to get some pictures to add as Avatar. What could be the problem?
