Admin panel page takes time to load and High resource usage

Hi, Thanks for the awesome plugin. I am on a shared hosting environment. I have configured the plugin to fetch news using the cron job. It works but then my hosting provider suspends my account due to high resource usage. Also the admin panel page is taking time to load : wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsomatic_items_panel     Thanks
