3.5 16k 0613 error

Since Feb 27th, I keep receiving the following error (log):

Failed to generate content using AI writer: gpt-3.5-turbo-16k-0613 - error: No added Azure deployment found for chat model: gpt-3.5-turbo-16k-0613 - you need to add this model in your Azure Portal as a Deployment

It was working fine before. I have changed nothing and confirm that the model is still available.
