About this plugin
CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper WordPress Plugin is a powerful tool to manage configuration and import/export settings for othe of CodeRevolution’s plugins.It will allow you to migrate any (or all) of CodeRevolution’s plugins settings to another WordPress installation (another domain) with just the push of a button.
The goal is to achieve the following:
CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper will generate configuration backup files, for any of CodeRevolution’s plugins, which can be easily restored, using this same plugin, on any other domain you choose. Note: the target plugin must be installed and activated for this plugin to be able to recognize it.
Some cool features of this helper plugin:
- import/export all of CodeRevolution’s plugins settings from/to file
- import/export all of CodeRevolution’s plugins rule settings from/to file – no need to reconfigure importing rules again on the new domain
- delete all rules and start from scratch
Other plugin features:
- support all of CodeRevolution’s current plugins
- support all of CodeRevolution’s future plugins (support will be added with updates)
- simple interface, all operations are done with the push of a button

To make this plugin work, first, you’ll need to install the plugin. The easiest method is to take the .zip file you’ve downloaded and upload it via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in the WordPress Dashboard. Once the plugin is installed, be sure to Activate it.
Now that you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you’ll see a new menu item created inside WordPress called ‘CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper’. First thing first, let’s head over to Settings > CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper and take a look at what options are available.
Plugin Settings
Refreshingly, CodeRevolution Configuration Import/Export Helper has a super-simple settings screen. Let’s look at first at the settings panel:
Here you can find the steps needed in configuring your plugin even if you have no HTML knowledge at all. You can find options for:
Main Configuration Panel:
- Select the Plugin You Want To Manage: Select the plugin you want to edit or manage. Note that only plugins made by CodeRevolution are supported for this operation. Also, the plugin must be installed and active, for it to appear in this list. To get more plugins for this list, please visit our portfolio.
- Select A File (for Restore Operations Only): Select a file that will be uploaded to the server. Note that this is required only for the ‘Restore’ type operations.
- Select An Action: Select an action you want to apply for the selected plugin.
