This plugin will allow you to build from scratch an autoblogging system, based on Google My Business business pages you define. This plugin provides one solution to the ongoing search for new blog content. It not only provides a steady stream of rich, searchable content, it also helps to keep your website up to date with the latest news. You can build rules that will generate posts that are near to unique in website crawlers's eyes. They require none to very little customization.
The goal is to achieve the following:

Prerequisites for using this plugin:

  1. Get a Google Account (if you don't have one)
  2. Try out Google My Business - you need to register a place in Google My Business with your Google account
  3. Create a project in the Google API Console - to be used with the Google My Business API
  4. Request access to the API. - you will need to sign up the API project you created - you will need a followup email after your request has been reviewed

How to get the OAuth Key and Secret?

  1. Create a developer account at https://console.developers.google.com/
  2. Login with your developer account at https://console.developers.google.com/
  3. Click "Create Project"
  4. Fill in your project name

  5. Click "Create".
    Google will now create your project this will take a minute.
  6. In the left menu select 'APIs & auth' > 'Consent screen'menu consent screen

  7. Select for email address your developer account and fill in a product name. All other fields are optional.
  8. Click "Save".
  9. Select in the left menu 'APIs & auth' > 'APIs'
    menu APISHere you can add APIs to your project to access different google services.
  10. Select or search for the 'Google My Business API' - please note that this api will appear here only if you app is properly accepted after submitting to Google for review. If it does not appear, please submit your app here: Request access to the API.. If it does not appear also after being accepted, please contact Google My Business API support.
  11. Click "Enable API",
  12. Select in the left menu 'APIs & auth' > 'Credentials'

  13. Click "Create new Client ID".
  14. Select 'Web application'.
  15. At 'Authorized JavaScript origins' fill in the host address of your web application. This can only be one URL, preferably your WordPress root URL.
  16. At 'Authorized redirect URIs' fill in the URL path where you want to handle the authentication !!! (the plugin will tell you want to enter in this field - or the error message at authorization will).Google oAuth authorization
  17. Click "Create Client ID"
